Hi, I’m Kelly, the assistant director at Temple Chai Early Childhood Center, where my role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With 8 years of experience at Temple Chai ECC, I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment for both our team and the families we serve. From coordinating daily operations to ensuring our programs meet the highest standards, I love contributing to the positive, nurturing atmosphere that helps our young learners thrive. Joan Neer has been working at Temple Chai since 1993 when she began teaching Hebrew and Judaica in the religious school and was the Chai Kids (Jr. Youth Group) coordinator. She provides administrative support for the rabbis and cantor and coordinates the b’nai mitzvah program. Joan is also the Judaica Shop manager. Joan and her husband Michael have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who live in Colorado, Washington and California, and visit with them as often as possible. They also have 3 Havanese dogs (Punnie, Pippin, and Yoshi) whom they adore. Joan and Michael enjoy traveling, hiking and gardening.

​Marci has been a Temple Chai member since 1985 and is the proud mother of 3 children (and their spouses) along with being grandmother "Nama" to 5 precious grandchildren. Her passion at Temple Chai has always been the Shalom Center where she has been privileged to work for 20+ years as the assistant to both Sharona Silverman and Rabbi Koppell and with the invaluable help of the Caring Community volunteers. ​ ​Marci can be reached  at mbeliak@templechai.com

Molly Levy comes to Temple Chai with a long career in advertising and marketing. Her journey began in advertising agencies, eventually leading her to a significant role at MTV Networks. Molly has managed advertising and social media campaigns, implementing highly effective marketing strategies. Originally from New York, Molly made the move to our community three years ago from Chicago, with two sons, Jonah (17) and Jude (15) (and dog, Tesla). A deep connection to her Jewish roots has always been an important part of Molly's life. Working within her Jewish community has been a long-held dream, and she is thrilled to

Esther worked at Temple Chai years ago, and her “alias” is Esther Flath for those of you who remember her. She has strong leadership and communication skills. Esther is originally from New York and has been in Arizona for 27 years. She has a wonderful husband, 2 dogs, 2 daughters and 8 grandchildren who she cherishes. It’s a pleasure for Esther to be here, again. Esther is the temple’s new Member Services Assistant and will assist members in ShulCloud issues and much more.
