Living Through Loss
A bereavement group for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Maimonides wrote that “when you pour out your heart, it feels lighter.” Living Through Loss is a lifeline right when we need it most. This group is facilitated by Mona Shane MA, LPC a certified bereavement counselor. This group meets via zoom 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, 4:30pm – 6:00 pm.

A safe and anonymous space for those struggling with addiction and their loved ones to grow emotionally and spiritually. A free Discussion Series for Family Caregivers. This group that meets during the year for 10 sessions.
This is a support group for family caregivers who are caring for someone with:
- Memory loss
- Dementia
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Or another cognitive impairment
The group focuses on:
- Sharing personal experiences
- Offering mutual support
- Discussing meaningful topics
- Finding hope and connection while navigating caregiving challenge
