A native Arizonan, Aron Weiss grew up in the East Valley, attending school and camps at the Tri-City JCC and Temple Emanuel. Throughout high school, he was an active member of Mountain Region BBYO’s Rabbi Marvin Meir Reznikoff Chapter while also working in diverse capacities as a counselor and advisor for the East Valley JCC’s camp programs. Elizabeth Keith has been a member of Temple Chai since 1999.  She joined the synagogue when she moved to Phoenix after living in Nogales in Southern Arizona. She was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona and speaks Spanish fluently.    She is a member of an Arizona Pioneer Jewish family.  Her great-grandparents, Hyman and Dora Capin were founding members of the Stone Avenue Temple in Tucson, which was the first Synagogue in Arizona.  Both of Elizabeth’s daughters were born in Nogales.  She would drive over 150 miles roundtrip to take her young children to Hebrew School in Tucson.  She was thrilled to join Temple Chai and find a new Religious School for
